  1. Required hours-12 total hours. (all three courses below are required for the 12 hours)
  2. Click on, download, and print all 3 courses below. (All reference materials included-no extra codebooks, etc needed)
  3. To avoid “lost in the mail problems” transfer your answers to my Answer Sheet and keep the course materials for your records.
  4. Save on printing and postage by viewing the course online and using the Answer Sheet.
  5. Request materials by Mail: Send $10.00 to cover mailing and printing to: Gary Klinka, 228 Mandella Ct, Neenah WI 54956.

  7. Follow the course instructions listed on the top of the first page of each course.
  8. Fill in your personal information on the last page of the Answer Sheet.
  9. Mail the Answer Sheet for all 3 courses in one mailing (all at once) with the correct payment.
  10. This 12 hours training course qualifies a person to be credentialed as a “Dwelling Contractor Qualifier” with the state.
  11. Gary Klinka will provide the Course Verification Form verifying that the contractor has successfully completed the approved course.
  12. The contractor must send in the Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Application with the $40 fee and the Course Verification Form to the state after successfully completing the 12 hour training course.
  13. Your Dwelling Contractor Financial Responsibility Credential must be current or a new application must be submitted with the $35 fee in the same envelope with the Qualifier application to the State.

Gary Klinka has numerous correspondence, internet, and video continuing education courses that count towards your State of Wisconsin license. A passing score of 70% is required by the State of Wisconsin to receive the credits. We allow 3 attempts per test at the price listed above.
